Aw, CRAP! How did I miss this?? I absolutely love Baby Blues. It was a sad, sad day one year ago when we opened up the Sunday paper in our new home to find that Baby Blues wasn’t printed here.
I’m not joking when I say I almost cried! It’s the only comic that seems to be cut from the pages of my own life!
I would love to have a Baby Blues Desk Calendar.
THIS IS A NICE LITTLE CALENDAR

We’re impending parents (literally, 9 days to go!) and this would be a great way to see what we’ve got to look forward to.
I CANNOT BELIEVE ANOTHER YEAR HAS GONE BY
Looks very cute. Thanks for the chance.
My 11/14 entry 🙂
I know who this would be a perfect Christmas gift for!
My kids’ first plane ride “officially” made us parents-haha Our then 2 year old got air sick, our then 6 month old had a poop blow out and we had to change him/clean him and us up in the tiny airplane bathroom and I breastfed on a plane for the first time. Another passenger turned out to be a flight attendant and held up her breastpump and smiled when she saw me nursing our baby. That was really cool! All the passengers and crew were nice too:)

no matter how hard you try… toddlers have a way of ‘disappearing’ on you. When visiting my Aunt while I was pregnant with my youngest, my middle child (then around 2)vanished in the yard. All I could think of is the number of poisonous snakes my uncle had killed in the area so, there I was, very prego with my oldest on my hip (she was not leaving my sight!) and I’m stumbling through yards of people I don’t know looking for her… I honestly don’t even remember where she was, but I remember the fear of what could go wrong…
I love how, no matter how bad my day’s been… they can always make it better simply by saying ‘I love you, Mom’… at least with some degree of sincerity… lol

One of the worst is when you pick your kid up from school and the teacher has that look…the look that tells you your kid probably punched another kid in the face and you feel completely responsible even though you’ve told your kid a million times to use their words and not their hands. That is never a fun parenting moment…
My worse parenting moment was when I left my youngest in the van while I ran into a friends house to drop off something. I seriously only meant to drop it off, instead stayed for about 20 mins talking!! *faint* I headed back to the van and heard her crying. *broken heart*
I’ll NEVER forget doing that.

my worst parenting moment is still joked about… I let my 3 daughters go out back to play… and looked out to find my youngest balancing, rocking on her belly, on the top of the baseball backdrop… I think I almost died…

Best parenting moment: Every time one of the kids gives me an unsolicited hug or kiss with an “I love you, Mommy.”
MY PARENTING MOMENT HAPPENED WHEN I REALIZED THAT MY CHILDEN SOMETIMES TEND TO LEAVE OUT CERTAIN PARTS OF WHAT HAPPENED…I HAVE LEARNED TO GET ALL OF THE VIEWS AND THEN MAKE MY DECISION
My best moment as a mom is when my oldest Son graduated with honors
making the kids go to bed on time mverno@roadrunner.com
ONE OF MY BEST PARENTING MOMENTS WAS WHEN MY DAUGHTER (2 YEARS OLD) SAID THANK YOU TO MY MOTHER FOR SOMETHING

Oh god it’s so hard to choose just one (from best or worst! lol). I have to say lately working on our little A to Z weekly stuff has been very rewarding. It’s so cool to see how much he picks up on quickly – how smart he is. We made banana bread together a couple weeks ago and he did SUCH a great job. I was one proud momma. 🙂

Ooh I love Baby Blues! Sheesh, only one worst parenting moment to list? The most best parenting moment of late was getting the “your awesome mom!” for getting their Halloween costumes made and together. Yeah I rock sometimes. 😉
The birth of my Grandson, he’s almost two now. For me that was a parenting moment! But as I sit here and think there is of course the original births of my boys, the first time to school, Graduation from school, Baseball, football, band, the call from the police dept.( it was a minor offense) the weddings and so on. Gosh Karen this was a hard question but glad you asked..Its nice to sit back and reflect for a moment. 🙂
