YouTube Deleted Our Video – Strike One

WE HAVE ARRIVED! I guess we’re somebody now because we were kicked off YouTube.

At least, this video was.

Admittedly, our original title was a bit … provocative. And the YouTube gods didn’t like that, so they issued a warning.

So Kevin changed the title, uploaded it again and they deleted it again – they also issued our first strike. We’re not allowed to post anything for one week.

This podcast IS controversial in that we dare to go right whenever everyone else is marching left. We DARE to talk about how the COVID-19 vaccine is not technically a vaccine at this point in time, it’s an experimental injectable because it hasn’t been trialed and the FDC has not approved it yet. But the government is being able to distribute it because the country is in a state of “emergency.”

But are we? Cases have gone down. The number of people in the hospital have gone down, in fact it was going down BEFORE the distribution of the experimental injectable. It also went drastically down on January 20th. Does that date ring a bell for anyone? (Hint: Biden took office).

But whatever. Do what you want. Kevin and I are simply trying to point out there are a lot of unanswered questions about this injectable – what are the short-term side effects? What are the long-term repercussions? Why are we being coerced into sticking out our arms and getting jabbed with God knows what when “science” has determined COVID is 99.1% recoverable?

These are questions that should be asked and people should take into consideration before making the decision to agree to the injectable. Why is that a bad thing? Don’t people WANT to be informed? It doesn’t seem like it. It seems like people just want to do whatever it takes to get back to normal. And I get that. But at what cost? Let’s be honest, we are only in this situation to begin with because the government put us here and now the government is scrambling to fix a problem THEY started.

As usual.

Look, I’m not an anti-vaxxer. I think vaccines are very important to prevent serious diseases – measles, mumps, polio, etc. But this injectable that is being sold as a vaccine has never had a successful animal trial. Let that sink in for a moment. It hasn’t been fully vetted and I’m simply saying, that for me and my family, I’ll wait until it’s been thoroughly tested and approved before I will consider getting it.

But apparently, you can’t raise these issues, or ask legitimate questions, without being forcibly silenced. Why? What is big tech scared of? If this is all on the up-and-up, then what’s with the totalitarian response?

NO ONE is going to force me into something I don’t feel comfortable with. And if that means we’re kicked off YouTube or I am forced to quit my job because I refuse to consent to an injection of .. whatever, without viable testing that proves it’s safe, so be it.

We are in a very, very dangerous place in our society, folks. When you can’t even ask questions – that’s bad.

Anyway. Here is the video that caused YouTube’s head to explode. In the meantime, I would recommend you follow us over on Rumble because there is no telling how much longer we’ll make it on YouTube. We plan on continuing to post videos on YouTube but we’ll be forced to use alternate words in place of “hot” topics that YouTube’s bots are programmed to watch for. It’s a sad commentary on our country when you have to alter your communication and speak in code simply to try and inform and offer people alternative sources of information.

We’re rebels, I guess. Not bad for a couple of old fogeys, eh?

18: Wear a Mask Or Be Arrested

Also – why are people so gung-ho to line up, stick out an arm and get jabbed with an experimental injectable? It’s not a vaccine, it’s something the government is using to give people false hope. Does anyone really believe we’ll get back to normal? Too much power for too long equals tight control. Book review this week is “Elsewhere” by Dean Koontz. Funny headlines from the Babylon Bee plus two exciting announcements!

17: Gender-Bender Chemicals are Real and Wide Spread – Does This Justify All the Confusion?

This episode I talk about how a large percentage of the country want to split off and become regions “of like-minded people.” Why does that premise sound so familiar …? Hunger Games anyone? Also, did you know there are gender-bending chemicals that make men more feminine and females more aggressive? Do you think that’s contributing to all of this gender dysphoria and confusion? Hhmm…. Book review this week is an ARC – “The Girl in Block 49B” by Dorian Box. Hopefully you have power and can hear this podcast – stay warm!

Podcast: Biden’s Dog Says Joe Will be a Great President

This was published 12-6-20

Sorry, it’s a little blurry. We’re still learning. We are currently using three cameras so that’s why the lighting is off. There is a camera on me, a camera on Kevin and a camera on the both of us. I’m still not sure how I feel about filming our podcast but here we are, in all our flawed glory.

Please be patient as we (and by we I mean Kevin) works through camera issues. He’s getting better and better and he learns a little more each time. He is playing around with transitions and I think he taught himself how to insert pictures/graphs.

Our channel is Right From Us on YouTube. I know at some point he’s going to make an account on Rumble simply because we can’t trust YouTube to eventually find us and censor us as we’re right leaning and obviously critical of radical left wing agendas. I’ll link that account when that happens.

Anyway. I hope you enjoy two mature (ahem) people shoot the breeze about today’s politics. We are working on making our podcast more lighthearted and fun as we don’t want it to just become a bitch fest. And we’re also working really hard to challenge ourselves to think objectively and present ALL sides to an issue, not just OUR side.

Thanks for watching!

Language

Fun Facts About Language #2

In case you didn’t know, I love language. So bare with me as we (I) explore the meaning behind words and phrases …

I’m so glad you asked. Read on …

Ax to grind – The creation of this phrase is attributed to Benjamin Franklin, who used it in an article entitled “Too Much for Your Whistle.” It means a private or selfish motive behind a request or action – something which is not obvious at first glance. The story is that of a man who had an ax which needed to be sharpened. He pretended to young Franklin that he didn’t know how a grindstone worked and asked Franklin to show him. Many turns of the handle later Franklin was weary, the ax was beautifully sharp and the man, having gained his objective, only jeered at Franklin for having been hoodwinked.

As the crow flies – means the shortest distance between two points. The crow flies straight to its destination.

All Greek to me – goes back to Shakespeare. The line was first spoken by Casca, one of the conspirators against Caesar in the first act of Julius Caesar. He was speaking of the comments made by Cicero after Caesar three times refused the crown of emperor. Cicero actually did speak Greek, using that language as a device to make sure that casual passers-by did not understand his remarks. Today the expression, “It’s all Greek to me” simply means that what has been said is beyond the speaker’s understanding.

16: The One Where Trump Was Acquitted – Twice

I don’t know about you but I’m tired of living in historic times. Novel virus, insane lockdowns, “peaceful” riots and a president who is impeached and acquitted – twice. Can we just go back to plain ole boring, please? Book review this week is “The Girl Beneath the Sea” by Andrew Mayne – and I’ve determined that Mayne may be my new favorite author. As usual, I offer stranger than fiction story ideas including soaking a pair of jeans and shaping them so they stand straight in freezing temperatures to preserve a parking space, of all things. Also, I’m ready for warm weather.
