Yeah, I&#039;d be annoyed at the band director, too. He should at least given them a chance to celebrate the victory before tearing the performance apart. Yes, there is always room for improvement. But if it&#039;s the best performance to date, then the kids should be encouraged by it, not dragged down. 

The whole changing-in-the-parking-lot thing made me laugh. In my day, the girls got to change on the bus. The boys got the parking lot. We learned to change without showing too much skin - and the boys tried to cop a peek. If they ever were able to peek, they didn&#039;t see anything. Oh, the memories!]]></description>
