		<description><![CDATA[Hey Karen - you&#039;ll really enjoy the other TJ workouts when you get around to ordering them...  Check on Amazon first, though &amp; see if you can get them cheaper.  I can&#039;t believe you are walking 90 mins w/ 5 lbs each hand.  Holy cow!!  I am super fit right now because I was &quot;training&quot;  for the USTA Adult states a couple weeks ago (we lost - which is good because I don&#039;t have to spend $2K to go out to Tuscon for nationals...) - My workout consists of a 1 mile run for warm up, 25 mins turbo (I almost never do whole Turbo workout), then 1 1/2 miles run w/ alternating sprints.... plus 2 x/week I do abs &amp; stretch, and 2 x/week I do weights.  I love the TJ abs, sculpt &amp; tube DVDs - but don&#039;t necessarily always use those particular ones... I rotate some other DVDs in as well.  Plus I take stepson to gym once a week &amp; make him do crazy treadmill workout w/ me where we have the thing set @ 15 degree incline &amp; hike up, then alternate running, sprinting, walking - and angle (never below 4 degrees) - He tries to slack, but I don&#039;t let him hold the rails - that&#039;s cheating!  Then we do weight machines.  Walgreen&#039;s has a coupon for 39 cent chapsticks (their brand) this week!  I like the blue ones.
